Yes, provided you qualify for trial licenses from Nintex, we can get them for you. We can’t extend a trial you already have underway.

Everyone asks this and while the answer is sometimes a frustrating “it depends”, in general there is a good strategy for this and it may be surprising to you. Contact us and we can explain our guidance on this as it applies to your situation.
If you need additional licenses for an existing product (more workflows, more botflows, more signatures etc.), even if you bought your existing license from another vendor or directly from Nintex, we can probably save you significantly on the new licenses. In some cases, we can effectively get you the new licenses for free for the remainder of your contract year.

If your existing vendor is providing good service, has done the legwork and development, and is continuing to support your code, you should consider the commission they earn on your licenses to be part of their total relationship with you. We really don’t want to pursue that business. If, on the other hand, you haven’t seen your original vendor for a while, they’re just collecting their renewal year after year, aren’t introducing you to new products or showing you how to save 25 to 90% on licenses, then by all means give us a call.
You could do this in theory, but we don’t recommend it. The commercial software may be particularly sensitive to the Nintex version/release. Even as experienced consultants, we can't support you with the complexities of layered software as well as the company that integrates their product with Nintex.
